I worked as a nurse many years ago until the day I hurt my back and found myself lying on the floor for weeks. In pain, knowing that I wouldn't be able to do the work I loved any more, with two small children and broke, I was desperate.
Eventually I did find my way through and the experience strengthened and changed me and triggered a journey of discovery and growth that continues to this day.
Fields of learning have included healing, counseling and coaching, psychosynthesis and finally astrological psychology. I also discovered the power of journalling and writing.
I now help others who are tackling challenges in their lives as they explore their own unique inner gifts, strengths and talents and find answers to their problems.
